Baxterstorey is seeking a Hospitality Supervisor to work on-site in the City of Westminster. You will support the operations team, chefs and sales staff to deliver flawless service and exceptional food and drinks during events.
You will train staff to uphold departmental standards, monitor performance, and liaise with kitchen, events and cafe teams to ensure consistency with the menu. On arrival, you will greet clients and manage on-day changes, while addressing complaints and safety checks.
