Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring guests' needs and requests are efficiently and effectively addressed.
- Provide excellent service by attending to guests' needs throughout their customer journey, answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth flow of operations and contribute to an inclusive and safe working environment.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and specific food service/catering guidelines established on site.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
Qualifications
- Passionate about food and/or customer service.
