Job Description:
- Service: Cooking breakfast for guests in a friendly and professional manner. Ensure that guests’ needs and requests are efficiently and effectively addressed.
- Inventory and Cost Control: Monitor and manage stock levels, sensible approach to ordering supplies.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and food safety protocols/policies. Create an environment that has safety embedded in the culture.
- Budget and Financial Management: Develop and manage kitchen budgets, report on financial performance and implement any cost savings required without impacting delivery of excellence.
- Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and food preparation processes and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service by being attentive to guests’ needs at every point on their customer journey. Answering questions and addressing any concerns or issues in a friendly manner.
- Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
Qualifications:
- A strong understanding of food hygiene and allergen controls.
- Ability to cook and present foods to a high standard.
- Be competent to order goods as needed.
- Have confidence to be able to complete company bookwork.
