Barista / Hospitality Member role at BaxterStorey — Milton Keynes MK15. Salary: £12.71 an hour. We’re looking for someone who delivers exceptional coffee and customer service in a collaborative, inclusive team.

Job responsibilities
- Delight customers by greeting them in a friendly and professional manner
- Efficiently prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks to standard methods and equipment
- Share the menu story, provide recommendations, and be aware of allergen procedures
- Keep the workspace clean and organized in line with schedules, COSHH, and company standards
- Follow health, safety, and food safety guidelines
- Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed
- Use till systems for payments and orders
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues or complaints
- Support the team with other tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Good work ethic and a positive attitude
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to work within BaxterStorey core values and culture
- Interest in coffee, tea, and customer service
- Comfort working in a collaborative and inclusive team
