Join Our Team as a Barista
Delight our customers by greeting them in a friendly and professional manner. Efficiently prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks using the correct methods and equipment to our standards. Share the story of our menu, provide recommendations, and be aware of allergen procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and surrounding areas according to cleaning schedules, company, and COSHH standards. Follow all health, safety, and food safety guidelines and procedures. Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues or complaints.
Be a team player, assisting with other tasks as needed. We work together to lead by example, protect the planet, and support local communities.
