Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to maintain high standards of product and service.
- Supervise, manage and motivate the team.
- Support the management team in improving sales and service performance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a busy café or hospitality environment (supervisory experience preferred).

- Local to Ballater or willing to commute.
- Availability for Wednesday-Sunday shifts, typically 9am-5pm, with occasional evening events.
