BaxterStorey is looking to employ a Restaurant Supervisor for The Cosener's House Hotel.

Job Description: You will support the GM with the overall Food & Beverage operation of the hotel to maximise guest satisfaction, team member performance and business results. Your key duties and responsibilities are to promote and ensure great service, maintain a safe working environment and ensure only the highest quality products are being served. All achieved through developing and maintaining a strong team environment, delivery of prompt, courteous service in accordance with brand and Food & Beverage standards.

You will have strong interpersonal skills to support daily team member relations, and encourage problem solving by team members through proper training and empowerment. This position is working five shifts over seven days, over time is available.

Rate of Pay: £14.40 per hour, 37.5 hours per week.
