We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to lead our Howdens Team and assist with the cleaning on our Prestigious site You will be required to run the cleaning team during the evening.

Job Description

Salary: up to £12.71 per hour

Working Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the cleaning team, ensuring smooth running of the cleaning service

• Lead and motivate staff to maintain high service standards and member satisfaction

• Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring

• Handle member queries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and discretion

• Ensure the Site maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

• Support the management team in implementing policies and enhancing service offerings

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within cleaning

• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues effectively

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
