Location: Manchester

Salary: £37,000 per annum

Up to 300 customers on site, team of 6 staff providing light breakfast, lunch and coffee breakout areas along with Barista coffee bar plus hospitality and VIP events. Monday to Friday working hours.

Job Description

  • Lead, inspire, collaborate and support direct reports to deliver consistently exceptional standards.
  • Build positive, credible and collaborative relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Develop the team through mentoring, training, recognition and empowerment.
  • Create a culture of excellence, pushing innovation and maintaining high food standards.
  • Achieve business critical KPIs including Health and Safety, Sustainability, Financial and Governance.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a General Manager.
  • Passion for food and customer service.
  • Experience managing, training and supporting a team.
  • Financially astute, analytical, capable of creating and maintaining budgets and driving commercial performance.
  • Excellent delegation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast‑paced, multi‑faceted environment and work well under pressure.
  • Meticulous organisational abilities and high attention to detail.
  • Concise and effective verbal and written communication.
