High profile Fine Dining, Canape/Drink Receptions.

• Greeting guests in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
• Setting up meeting rooms, tea and coffee stations.
• Ensuring hospitality rooms are left clean and tidy.
• Buffet dinners/lunches.
• Working on functions and high profile events.
• Able to use coffee machine and help the café when needed.

Qualifications:

• Fine dining and events service experience.
• Friendly, outgoing personality; a people person.
• Availability for overtime as required by the business.
• Great work ethic and an even greater smile.
• Good listening and verbal communication skills.
• Customer focused with a passion for offering outstanding service.
• Ability to thrive working within a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
• Good memory and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution-oriented perspective.
• Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the hospitality food service industry.
• Knowledge of food safety.
