About the Role
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly and hardworking night shift team at Amazon LBA5 in Leeds. This is a full-time position covering maternity leave but could lead to a full-time position being offered, offering stability, competitive pay, and the chance to work in a supportive environment where your contribution is valued every day. Job Description
- Supervision: Looking after main counter - Set clear expectations and provide ongoing feedback to maintain a high level of performance
- Quality Control: Monitor stock and presentation, and service standards to ensure they meet or exceed customer expectations. Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Customer Service: Foster positive relationships with clients and guests, addressing their needs and concerns. Handle customer inquiries, requests, and special dietary requirements with professionalism and courtesy. Be curious, solicit feedback from clients to continuously improve catering services
Qualifications
- Previous experience commensurate with role
- Have a contagious passion for food and customer service
