The predicted salary is between 11 - 16 £ per hour.
The role is 5 days over a 7 day week. Occasional evening work will be required if players stay at their on-site hotel. As Service Assistant, you would be working closely with the Hospitality Supervisor/Manager based at the Tottenham Hotspur Training Centre, supporting the operations team, talented chefs, and target-driven salespeople to deliver flawless service and exceptional food and drinks. The Service Assistant will build strong relationships with clients, understanding briefs and executing every detail with continuous quality and a human touch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and serving all food and drinks to customers/clients/guests and clearing throughout the event.
- Ensuring that there is clean furniture, dining tables, and chairs available for the guests and ensuring presentation is at the forefront of everything you do.
- Prepare all hospitality food and beverage requests offered to customers/clients/guests in designated meeting spaces in a presentable manner.
- Work without supervision and take initiative over duties and tasks without being directed.
- Serve guests with the highest level of customer service with maximum speed, efficiency, and always with a smile.
- Use coffee machines as required.
- Assist with ordering and deliveries as needed.
- Prepare all hospitality requirements ensuring all items are available and report any shortages to your line manager.
- Ensure hospitality rooms are left clean and tidy.
