We are looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Assistant (Hospitality) to join our front of house team at a busy and modern workplace restaurant. You don’t need loads of experience. If you’ve got a positive attitude, enjoy working with people, and are willing to learn, we’ll support you every step of the way.
You’ll be working across a 500 seat staff restaurant, coffee shop and hospitality service, helping to create a welcoming and professional experience for every customer.

Job Description OverviewThis is a customer facing role where you will support the day to day running of the restaurant, coffee shop and hospitality services. You will play a key part in delivering a welcoming, efficient and professional service.
Key Responsibilities- Support the setup and service of food counters and hospitality areas
- Serve customers in a friendly, professional and efficient manner
- Maintain high standards of food presentation and display at all times
- Keep all service areas, counters and dining spaces clean, tidy and well stocked
- Be visible and approachable during service, responding quickly to customer needs
- Build a good understanding of the food offer to confidently assist customers
- Work across different service areas as required to support the team
- Follow all food safety, health and safety and hygiene standards
- Complete cleaning tasks in line with daily and weekly schedules
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
