As a General Catering Assistant you will…
- Assist in the preparation and serving of breakfast, lunch, and snacks according to established menus and recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness of the front of house areas including organising dishes and utensils.
- Follow proper food handling and storage procedures to ensure food safety and prevent contamination.
- Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies.
