As aBarista, you’ll support the smooth running of the Barista Coffee Bar and help deliver a warm, welcoming experience for every visitor. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the preparation and service of high-quality coffee and beverages, ensuring consistency and attention to detail in every drink
- Supporting the Barista teamin delivering seasonal and monthly coffee specials, helping with preparation, presentation, and customer engagement

Job Description
Key Responsibilities – Barista
As aBarista, you’ll support the smooth running of the Barista Coffee Bar and help deliver a warm, welcoming experience for every visitor. Your responsibilities will include:

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as aBaristain abusy, high-quality café or hospitality environment
- A passion forgreat coffee, customer service, and creating memorable guest experiences
- Confidence in usingespresso machinesand preparing a wide range of hot and cold drinks to a consistently high standard
- A creative flair fordeveloping seasonal and monthly specials
- Experience instock management, including ordering, rotation, and minimising waste
- A proactive approach tocreating engaging campaigns, including designing posters and working with the team to promote specials
- Highlyorganised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure, especially during peak service times
- Ateam playerwith excellent communication skills and a positive, solution-focused attitude
- Willingness towork 5 out of 7 days, including weekends andevenings as required
