Job Description:
- Delight our customers by greeting them in a friendly and professional manner
- Efficiently prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks using the correct methods, equipment and to our standards
- Share the story of our menu, and provide recommendations to customers and be aware of allergen procedures
- The pride in your workspace, maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar and other surrounding areas in line with cleaning schedules, company and COSHH standards
- Follow all health and safety and food safety guidelines and procedures
- Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed
- Use till systems for taking payments and customer orders
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
- Be a part of the team assisting on other tasks as needed
Qualifications:

Additional Information:
- Monday until Friday, 12.30 am - 4.00 am - 17.5 hours per week
- This position will initially be on a rolling 3 month contract. Potentially moving to permanent depending on client requirements.
- Own transport essential due to shift times and location.
