We are seeking a reliable and organised Kitchen Porter to join our team in Stirling, United Kingdom. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and cleanliness of our kitchen operations. Working collaboratively with our chefs and kitchen staff, you will ensure that our kitchen remains a hygienic, well-organised, and productive environment. Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment by hand or using industrial dishwashers, ensuring all items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised to the highest standards.
- Clean and sanitise kitchen surfaces, countertops, food preparation areas, and equipment regularly, maintaining a hygienic working environment at all times.
- Empty rubbish bins and ensure proper disposal of waste materials in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation tasks, including peeling, chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients.
