Job Description:
- Service: serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner; ensure guests' needs and requests are efficiently addressed.
- Customer Service: provide excellent service by being attentive to guests' needs at every point of their journey; answer questions and address concerns in a friendly manner.
- Teamwork: collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and contribute to an inclusive and safe working environment.
- Adherence to Regulations: comply with health and safety regulations and food service guidelines.
- Cleanliness: maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in kitchen and dining areas.
Qualifications:
- Passion for food and/or customer service.
- Enjoy working in a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
- Solution-oriented, able to adapt to challenges and opportunities.
- Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry, is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
