Here, you will find more than just a job—you will find purpose and pride. We are recruiting for Production Technicians to join our compounding team in Thetford. You will be manufacturing life-saving products such as nutrition, chemotherapy, and antibiotics that are sent directly to patients in their homes and hospitals all over the world.

This role is working in a cleanroom environment; therefore, you must be comfortable wearing PPE. We work rotational shifts; Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:00 and 13:00-21:00, and at busy times we do work overtime. We offer a competitive salary of £26,436.80 and a weekly shift allowance of £45.35.

What will you be doing?

  • To manufacture life-saving products in accordance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • To perform routine quality checks on the product as part of the manufacturing process.
  • To correctly record detailed data on batch paperwork and quality documents following Good Documentation Practices at all times.
  • To perform and record all cleaning for the equipment and areas of work as and when required as defined in the relevant SOPs.
  • To notify Team Leader/Supervisor/Manager/Quality assurance of any deviations from the process and take part in correcting mistakes under the guidance of your Team Leader and Quality department.

Experience required

  • We are looking for candidates who bring previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • You’ll be comfortable working with processes, following detailed instructions, and contributing to a high-quality, safety-focused operation.
  • If you’ve worked in food, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or another regulated production setting, even better.
  • Experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar hands-on operational role.
  • A strong focus on quality, safety, and accuracy.
  • The ability to follow standard operating procedures and work as part of a team.
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
  • Able to communicate effectively and respectfully.
