Baxter Thetford Plant's Line 6 operations line is recruiting for a Team Leader to work Saturday & Sundays, 6am-4pm. We are looking for candidates that are experienced in manufacturing and able to motivate a team. We do also offer a weekly shift allowance of £48.65.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recording of labor hours accurately and escalate issues when required
- Responsible for the team's performance
- Responsible for recording of hourly performance and act when needed, gather data to enable process/reliability improvements, follow the escalation process when required
- Organize the team's daily work routine, ensuring focus on safety & quality
- Booking of materials to the line, maintain stock accuracy
- Provide process guidance, raise process deviation as applicable
- Manage rejection process, out of spec etc.
- Training execution and documentation
- Ensure all areas of responsibility are GMP compliant, housekeeping standards are always maintained
