Responsible for receiving raw materials on site, sorting correctly, and retrieving according to the business requirements. This role will work Monday - Friday on two shifts of 7am-3pm and 11am - 7pm.

  • Receive and book raw materials.
  • Locate raw materials in the warehouse as required.
  • Process and load goods and raw materials for dispatch.
  • Support day-to-day running of the warehouse duties.
  • Work as part of a cross-functional team and learn various jobs in both the warehouse and packing areas to support the business.
  • Assist routine blind count audits.
  • Perform regular routine cleaning tasks on the forklift fleet and the work area to keep them clean at all times.
  • Follow EHS/GMP/GDP company & corporate policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Notify Quality Assurance and process leading hands of any deviations from the process.
  • Place orders where needed for raw material and items required for production.
  • Replenish stock locations when needed.
  • Perform other tasks from time to time as reasonably encouraged.

Experience in a warehouse environment is an advantage. Experience in using a stand-on electric pallet truck is an advantage. Experience in using warehouse inventory systems is an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Reasonable computer skills, MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Great teammate with ability to work under mentorship and on own initiative and to carry out tasks diligently. Quickly learns and adapts well to change, displaying a high level of situation adaptability.
