Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent and inspirational science teaching across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and Key Stage 5.
  • Commit to high-quality laboratory work, using experiments to bring scientific theories to life.
  • Combat social disadvantage by ensuring all students have access to high-level STEM opportunities.
  • Work in close collaboration with the Curriculum Area Leader to provide professional leadership and drive a culture of collaboration.
  • Assist in the preparation and leadership across each key stage to ensure students remain engaged with school values.
  • Play a key role in developing and leading effective provision to ensure success for our young people.
