Job Description:
Our client is a well-established manufacturer of cosmetic aerosols, looking for FLT drivers to join their warehouse team.
- Temp-Perm position
- Day Shift working 8am till 5pm, Monday to Friday
Here’s what your role will look like:
- You will join a team of FLT Drivers and will be working under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor / Manager
- Majority of your time will be spent operating Forklift Trucks to load and unload palettes and products
- You will also organise orders for distribution and move them to/from storage areas
- Your other duties will include performing daily equipment checks, examining products and completing all relevant paperwork
What you will need to succeed:
- Counterbalance AND Reach FLT license – D2 license (over 8 metres) would be a distinct advantage
- You also need to have previous warehouse & FLT experience
- Due to the physical nature of the role you must be able to complete physical tasks including lifting and manoeuvring boxes
- You must be able to demonstrate reliability, excellent timekeeping and flexible and positive attitude
