Our client is an award winning, family run business in the Darlington area. We are looking for a reliable and ambitious Baking Operative on a temporary ongoing basis.
What will my role look like?
As a Baking Operative you must assist in the manufacturing of the company\'s products, in line with all legislation and procedures to the required quality and safety standards. You will be working as part of a team, preparing products for bake off, using commercial rack ovens and operating commercial fryers.

Hourly rate: £14.14 (overtime paid after 39 hours)
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 06.00 – 13.30

Your duties will include:
- Responsible for the day to day management of the bakery
- Preparation and cooking of baked goods (pies, pasties, cooked meats etc.)
- Regularly communicating and working with shop staff
- Stock rotation and replenishment
- Full training provided
- Opportunity to work overtime at time and a half
