As an Admin Assistant you will be responsible for assisting with administration duties;
Your duties will include:
- Liaising with the Warehouse Manager regarding stock levels
- All aspects of office administration
- Answering telephones and taking messages
- Contacting suppliers and customers
- Assisting with managing accounts
- Using Excel spread sheets to input data
- Negotiations with new suppliers
- Setting up new products on the internal inventory system
- Booking deliveries and transport in and out
- Full control of all export sales both globally and in the UK
To be considered for the role of an Admin Assistant you must have:
