Start Date: September 2025 – Schedule: Part‑time (3 days per week, including Saturdays; 24 hours/week).
Reports To: Store Manager, International Sales Manager.
Job Description
We are looking for a personable and detail‑oriented Part‑Time Sales Coordinator to support daily sales and administrative operations in our flagship store. This role involves assisting customers, coordinating sales processes, managing product information, and supporting the sales team to ensure a smooth and professional showroom experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk‑in customers, providing product details, availability, and pricing.
- Coordinate sales orders, delivery schedules, and follow‑ups with customers.
- Oversee the sales cycle with administrative tasks such as invoice generation, stock checks, and payment processing.
- Maintain and update product displays, signage, sample library and inventory records.
- Communicate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Track sales leads and customer interactions using internal systems (POS/CRM).
- Prepare daily reports, sales summaries, and team updates as needed.
- Respond to phone and email inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in retail sales, customer service with office support – furniture/interior design product experience is a plus.
- Availability to work Saturdays – Saturday work required with 2 weekdays on rotation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident engaging with customers in‑person and over the phone/email, coordinating deliveries, returns, or customer‑service follow‑up.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
- Comfortable with CRM/POS systems, inventory tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Bachelor’s Degree; design or space‑planning knowledge is a plus.
