Your role as an Operations Manager positions you to be directly involved in the physical production that enables Baxter to fulfill our mission to save and sustain lives. You run the line between meeting production timelines and making quality products. As a manager, you are the trusted critical connection between the business and the workers on the floor.

What you'll be doing:

• As our new Operations Manager, you’ll build and lead a brand-new team in a highly regulated GMP environment.
• You’ll be the engine behind our operational processes, collaborating across functions, developing capacity plans, and ensuring we meet the highest regulatory standards.
• Leadership of day-to-day compounding operations.
• Cross-functional collaboration with QA, engineering, and supply chain.
• Capacity planning and resource optimization.
• Continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Budget and financial performance.
• Building a strong, high-performing team from the ground up.

What you'll bring:

• Leadership experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices or FMCG (GMP is a must!).
• Passion for process improvement and operational excellence.

• Financial acumen and strong analytical mindset.
