We are looking for a Production Technician to help with all day-to-day tasks of preparation, manufacture and inspection of compounding medicine. Provide support for all aspects of cleanroom production, including aseptic compounding, equipment utilisation, inventory control, environmental monitoring and non-conformance resolution, to ensure compliance with the Manufacturing Licence and Quality System requirements. The role will be working between Sunday and Thursday, on fixed night shifts 10pm - 6am based at our Stockport site.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Label all product types according to product specifications
- Perform equipment checks
- Ability to Prioritise jobs
- Validate aseptic technique
- Maintain productivity and efficiency
- Control isolator inventory
- Meet turnaround times
- Complete routine equipment sampling, maintenance and testing
- Select, prepare and sanitise raw materials
- Report sanitisation deviations
- Facility Monitoring
- Clean and maintain all areas in accordance with SOPs
Qualifications and Experience
- GCSE or equivalent English & Mathematics
- Good oral/written communication
- High attention to detail
