We’re looking for an Operations Manager to take full ownership of a dedicated operations unit: the team, the performance, the results. Every unit you release reaches a patient who’s counting on it. That’s the standard we work to.
What you’ll own:
- Lead, develop and grow a team of operations professionals — including building your Team Leader group and a robust succession plan
- Run the day-to-day operation of your Compounding unit, ensuring compliance, efficiency and on-time delivery to patients
- Own your department’s budget and capacity plan
- Act as Production Approver for investigations and nonconformance reports, representing the operation with internal and external auditors and regulators
- Identify and lead continuous improvement projects targeting quality, reliability and cost
- Set performance standards and drive results through delegation, feedback and goal setting
What you’ll bring:
- 4–6 years’ leadership experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of EU GMP Annex 1 and aseptic manufacturing standards
- A proven track record of delivering results through large, diverse teams
- Competency in financial analysis and budget management
- Lean Management or Six Sigma experience (a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in life science, business management or engineering — or equivalent experience
Who you are:
You act with pace. You make decisions with data, simplify wherever you can, and build a culture where teams take ownership and grow. You see problems as yours to solve.
Why Baxter?
- Competitive total compensation package
- Genuine professional development opportunities
- A culture that places high importance on work-life balance
