Your role at Baxter: The Field Service Representative will deliver orders to assigned hospitals in the South Coast area, performing site order counts and replenishment deliveries to Baxter accounts and visiting wards required to raise orders against set PAR levels and deliver fluids to given locations. Southern based - Located between Bournemouth and Brighton. You’ll have the chance to collaborate with the warehouse team based in our National Distribution Center in Northampton and receive a full onboarding and training onsite to perform your work autonomously in the assigned hospitals. Working hours will be Monday-Friday from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm with one rota day off per week.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Complete inventory checks within each ward at managed hospitals
  • Review orders on arrivals and raise any discrepancies with the inventory supervisor
  • Communicate PAR-level amendments as requested by the customer to the Managed Inventory Administrator
  • Complete Expiry checks and log expired stock and report any damages to storage solutions in place in the hospital as part of the service
  • Complete mileage forms of hire vehicles and report any damages

What you’ll bring:

  • Education background to GCSE Level
  • Good knowledge of MS package (Excel, Power-point, Outlook)
  • Manual Handling
  • Comfortable using an IPAD
  • Willing to travel to various UK Sites
  • Confident in performing a customer facing/customer service role
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; ability to facilitate and work effectively in diverse, multi-functional teams
  • Based in the area between Southampton - Portsmouth - Worthing area
