Here, you will find more than just a job—you will find purpose and pride. We are seeking an experienced Production Team Leader to join our Thetford Manufacturing plant within our operational team. With a high emphasis on visible leadership, accountability and building a real team ethos, this role is ideal for anyone looking to make a difference in our quest to deliver products timely and accurately.
The daily responsibilities of the Team Leader include:
- Ensuring and driving manufacturing activities to align with commercial business requirements through close collaboration with supply planning, engineering, quality and warehouse/logistics and pack teams on site.
- Organising the team's daily work routine, ensuring focus on safety & quality.
- Document preparation, batch document review, and addressing batch document errors.
- Booking of materials to the line and maintaining stock accuracy.
- Providing process guidance and raising process deviations as applicable.
- Training execution and documentation.
- Ensuring all areas of responsibility are GMP compliant and housekeeping standards are always maintained.
This role involves rotating shifts, Monday-Sunday between 06:00-18:00/18:00-06:00, which is 42 hours per week. This could look like 3 days on, 4 off, 2 nights on, 3 off etc. We offer a competitive salary and a weekly shift allowance of £109.86.
