The Technical Service Support will work alongside the Remote Sales Representatives, handling service contract related tasks, supporting new business opportunities and up-selling to existing customers. The role is part of the technical services team, working in close collaboration with other business units and cross functional teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Send quotes to customers for service contract renewals.
  • Ensures repeat contract renewal by understanding customer buying decisions making process preferably within a Corporate environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship building skills required.
  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking and organisational skills required.
  • Fluency in local market language.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
