Coordinate stability data updates in the Compounding system for new and existing finished products Support the Clinical Trial set-up process in Compounding system(s) Provide subject matter expertise in defining Mercury/BOLT user requirements Support the roll out of new version upgrades to Mercury/BOLT user sites in the UK and Ireland Support and perform user acceptance testing for new versions of Mercury/BOLT Retain system records in accordance with document retention procedures Find opportunities and implement key projects to further harmonise Compounding operations Mercury Database Management Accountable for ensuring data changes are implemented in Mercury to required deadlines Accountable for the setup of Clinical Trial products Mercury Change Testing Accountable for ensuring sufficient resource available to perform Mercury testing for program changes Support with business reports using data from Mercury Harmonisation Key Projects Facilitate or implement key projects as defined in annual Compounding Strategy Communication and Training Regularly communicates with all sites and the Business regarding; Project Goals, Milestones and Progress Supports the vision & direction of UK/Ireland compounding business Travel / Location The position is site based 3 days per week Travel within the UK/Ireland cluster should be anticipated to support the business as necessary.
