We’re looking for a Remote Sales Representative to support a portfolio of anaesthesia and specialist injectable products across the UK. This role acts as a central point of contact for customers, working closely with field sales and internal teams to retain accounts, re‑engage dormant customers, and ensure continuity of service in a complex NHS environment. It’s a relationship‑driven role suited to someone comfortable working remotely, managing multiple stakeholders, and responding effectively to customer needs and challenges.
Responsibilities
- Manage and retain existing customer accounts across an assigned territory
- Proactively contact customers who have reduced or stopped ordering
- Remotely sell products within agreed frameworks, tenders, and contracts
- Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities; support pricing and contract discussions
- Work closely with field sales to support territory planning, demonstrations, and follow‑ups
- Engage a range of stakeholders including pharmacists, clinicians, nurses, and technical teams
- Use market and account data to prioritise sales activity and insight
- Maintain accurate CRM records and support forecasting and supply planning
- Support customer service initiatives and platform roll‑outs
- Manage customer concerns professionally, particularly during supply challenges
Requirements
Essential
- ABPI qualified
- Strong communication skills (phone‑based, digital, and technical)
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote role
- Customer‑focused with a commercial mindset
Desirable
- Experience in anaesthesia or hospital‑based products
- Knowledge of NHS frameworks and tender environments
- CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce)
