Our Isolator department in Thetford is recruiting for Production Technicians to join our fast paced team.

You will be manufacturing life-saving antibiotics and chemo-therapy products that are sent directly to patients in their homes and hospitals all over the world.

Working in a cleanroom environment in specialised personal protective equipment, you will use specialised computers and manually manufacture the nutrition products.

Therefore, you must be comfortable wearing PPE.

We provide comprehensive, step-by-step training on all equipment, safety protocols, and compounding processes.

  • Formal Sign-Off: You will receive full technical sign-off as you master each process, helping you safely build a long-term career in pharmaceuticals.

What We Offer

  • Starting Salary: £27,000
  • Shift Allowance: £85.38
  • Hours: Sunday-Thursday 20:00-04:00

Key Responsibilities

  • Manufacturing: Prepare, compound, and inspect pharmaceutical products following SOPs.
  • Labelling & Dispensing: Label all products according to exact specifications.
  • Cleanroom Operations: Maintain isolator inventory and validate aseptic techniques.
  • Sanitisation: Clean and sanitise equipment and components to regulatory standards.
  • Monitoring: Complete routine equipment sampling, testing, and facility cleaning.
  • Environment: Comfortable working on your feet while wearing specialized cleanroom PPE/gowns.

What skills do you need?

  • GMP Knowledge: Essential understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (or equivalent hygiene/safety standards from other industries) is desired but not essential
  • Education: GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
  • Skills: High attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

You will work closely with other departments such as quality and training so communication skills are essential.
