Baxter in the UK is seeking a Production Technician for Enhanced Compounding in our new facility launching August 2026.
You will help manufacture life-saving pharmaceutical products, follow SOPs, and work in a controlled cleanroom environment.
We provide full training, formal sign-off as you master each process, and a tiered pay structure.
Expect rotating early/late shifts (06:00–14:00 and 13:00–21:00) with a day-one focus on safety and quality.
