We are recruiting for Production Technicians to join our compounding team in Thetford. You will be manufacturing life‑saving products such as nutrition, chemotherapy and antibiotics that are sent directly to patients in their homes and hospitals all over the world. This role involves working in a cleanroom environment and you must be comfortable wearing PPE. Our night shift works Sunday‑Thursday 20:00‑04:00, which is often perfect for those who need to be home for the school run or want their weekends off. We offer a salary of £25,600 and a weekly shift allowance of £85.38.

What will you be doing?

  • To manufacture life‑saving products in accordance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
  • To perform routine quality checks on the product as part of the manufacturing process.
  • To correctly record detailed data on batch paperwork and quality documents following Good Documentation Practices at all times.
  • To perform and record all cleaning for the equipment and areas of work as and when required as defined in the relevant SOP’s.
  • To notify Team Leader/Supervisor/Manager/Quality Assurance of any deviations from the process and take part in correcting mistakes under guidance.

Experience required

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • A strong focus on quality, safety, and accuracy.
  • The ability to follow standard operating procedures and work as part of a team.
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
  • Able to communicate effectively and respectively.
