Your Role at Baxter
In the role of Account Manager/Sales Representative, you will handle Baxter Products across Scotland for Advanced Surgery. Meeting sales and profit objectives is part of your duties, along with delivering strong support and service to NHS and Private Healthcare customers.
What Are Your Responsibilities?
- Achieving agreed sales and financial targets in line with objectives for your geographical/business/assigned area of responsibility.
- Delivering clinical, financial, and value-based solutions to primary decision makers in the Healthcare sector through an omni-channel strategy.
- Providing training and education to Healthcare professionals on the safe, appropriate, and effective use of Baxter Products to ensure optimum patient outcomes.
- Developing, implementing, and reviewing territory business plans aligned to a National strategy, while identifying and acting upon local opportunities.
- Portfolio selling to improve growth opportunities and position appropriate clinical choices for our customers.
- Developing collaborative relationships to defend the existing business base through customer support, service, and differentiating solutions both clinically and financially versus the competition.
- Applying individual and group selling skills to navigate a variety of customer types through the sales cycle effectively.
- Analysing sales data and market trends to guide activities and ensure a focused, effective return on time.
- Contributing to the tender management process, including pre-tender activities, tender submission, and post-tender follow-up.
- Regularly interacting with local and National team/peer groups to continually drive a culture of collaboration, support, and sharing guidelines.
- Adapting to a constantly changing external environment and evolving internal business priorities with a flexible approach.
- Using the CRM system to support planning, sequential selling, and territory analyses.
