Hygiene Operator - Nightshift

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Hygiene Operator to join our team.

This is an important role responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our facility, ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with site procedures and regulatory requirements.

This role will work Monday - Friday, 10pm - 6am.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitise production cleanrooms in accordance with site SOPs.
  • Maintain general areas including offices, toilets, walkways, locker rooms, canteens, and external yard areas.
  • Ensure waste is correctly segregated and placed in designated bins for collection.
  • Carry out housekeeping activities in line with facility standards and procedures.
  • Follow all hygiene, health and safety, and environmental requirements.
  • Complete cleaning activities to the required quality and compliance standards.
  • Support emergency response activities and loss-of-containment situations when required.

About You

  • Previous cleaning, hygiene, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or facilities experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Reliable with strong attention to detail.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and compliance.
