We offer a starting salary of
£52,000 per annum for experienced Multi‑skilled Maintenance Engineers in the fast‑paced Operational Maintenance Engineering team.
You will provide plant‑wide reactive and proactive maintenance, support new installations, and work on engineering projects across the site.
Rotating shifts Monday – Sunday (06:00‑18:00 / 18:00‑06:00) with premium overtime rates.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Carry out all planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
- Raise corrective and reactive maintenance dockets on Maximo.
- Assist and support queries to identify improvements to the stores system.
- Review planned and preventative maintenance procedures and suggest improvements.
- Advance issues when necessary, in a timely manner.
- Identify areas for improvement across the site.
- Deliver all activities at the standards required by GMP.
Experience & Education
- HNC or equivalent in electrical and mechanical engineering.
- High competency in electrical and mechanical fault finding, schematics wiring and circuitry.
- Experience with automation and robotics.
- Good knowledge of electrical safety, CCT and controllers.
- Good mechanical knowledge and overall engineering understanding in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
