We’re looking for a Production Technician to help with all day‑to‑day tasks of preparation and inspection of compounding medicine. This full‑time, permanent position is located at the Baxter Croydon site, with a minimum start date of February. Shifts run Monday to Friday and are rotated weekly between 07:00‑15:00, 10:00‑18:00 and 15:00‑23:00.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assemble raw materials and/or ingredients for compounding sterile products and produce documentation.
- Assist in the preparation, labelling, packaging and dispatch of sterile products.
- Replenish and rotate stock.
- Perform visual inspection of finished products.
- Ensure a high quality of service to the customer while adhering to health and safety requirements and company procedures.
- Participate in the cleaning and preparation of equipment and supplies for compounding in the aseptic unit in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) principles.
- Ensure adequate and appropriate stocks of equipment and supplies.
