Baxter Thetford Plant\’s Line 6 operations line is recruiting for a Team Leader to work Saturday & Sundays, 6am-4pm. We are looking for candidates that are experienced in manufacturing and able to motivate a team.
We are currently in the middle of our yearly salary review so are unable to advertise our current salary. To learn more about this, please make a formal application so we can contact you.
We do also offer a weekly shift allowance of £48.65.
Duties and Responsibilities

Recording of labor hours accurately and escalate issues when required

Responsible for the teams performance

Responsible for recording of hourly performance and act when needed, gather data to enable process/ reliability improvements, follow the escalation process when required

Organize the teams daily work routine, ensuring focus on safety & quality

Document preparation, Batch document review, batch doc errors.

Booking of materials to the line, maintain stock accuracy

Provide process guidance, raise process deviation as applicable

Manage rejection process, out of spec etc.

Training execution and documentation

Ensure all areas of responsibility are GMP compliant, housekeeping standards are always
