- UnterstĂźtzung und Beratung unserer internen Kunden bei der datengestĂźtzten Konzeption und Umsetzung einer zielfĂźhrenden Recruitingstrategie inklusive entsprechender Employer Branding MaĂnahmen
- Auswahl relevanter Recruiting Kanäle sowie aktive Identifikation und Ansprache qualifizierter Kandidat:innen
- Vorbereitung, DurchfĂźhrung und Nachbereitung von kompetenzbasierten Interviews
- Individuelle Beratung und UnterstĂźtzung der Kandidat:innen im gesamten Recruitingprozess zur Sicherstellung einer nachhaltig positiven Candidate Experience
- Koordination und Umsetzung von Vertragsverhandlungen inklusive Angebots- und Vertragserstellung in Zusammenarbeit mit HR

- Vielseitige Projektarbeit in globalen interdisziplinären Teams
Das bringst du mit:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Direktsuche und -ansprache auf Agentur-, RPO- und/oder auf Unternehmensseite
