The impact you will have
You’ll work in a customer-focused and fast-paced environment where you manage daily requirements of our larger clients, from supplier collection through to delivery, making sure we uphold the service level agreement and cost. You will review information that can change quickly and take responsibility for communicating updates to the right people and resolving issues in a timely and professional way. Your attention to detail and ability to stay in control when things are busy are key to building confidence and delivering strong results for our clients.
A typical day
- Deal with key account customers’ daily requirements in line with service operating procedures and service level agreements.
- Track and trace all key account consignments via our online portal, working with partners to investigate and resolve any consignments that require further action and managing key customers’ expectations.
- Process shipment reports, resolve discrepancies and advise customers of any amendments.
- Produce and maintain up-to-date management reports, master files, key account files and spreadsheets to ensure accurate costings and invoicing information.
- Monitor and record key performance indicators for each individual account, escalating any discrepancies to the relevant stakeholder.
- Ensure all required paperwork has been received and forwarded to the relevant departments.
