A permanent position is available for a Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting students with their Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, starting September 2026. The role involves working 30.50 hours per week, term time only plus TEDs.

The successful candidate will work with young people (11-16) on a 1:1 basis as well as in groups, providing opportunities for learning and positive social interaction inside and outside of the classroom. The post-holder will liaise closely with the SENDCo on strategies to maximise inclusion academically, socially, and emotionally, and promote strong links with the student’s parents/carers.
