What you will be doing

• Working from home, receive daily appointments via tablet device and have van stocked overnight by our couriers.
• Visit customer sites for servicing, repairs, diagnostics and commissioning of warranty and contract customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service and top‑quality solutions.
• Confidence in diagnostics skills after full product training.
• Manage daily workload via tablet and maintain van stock, ensuring proper return of faulty parts and placement of new stock.

On a daily basis you will be responsible for

• Conducting diagnostics and breakdown repairs, emergency repairs and annual servicing at customer properties.
• Providing excellent customer service through effective communication.
• Managing workload of daily appointments via tablet device.
• Ensuring van stock is maintained, returning faulty parts and placing new stock overnight.

About You

• Hold domestic Gas ACS Certification or equivalent.
• Full driving licence.
• Background in servicing, repair and maintenance of gas boilers.
