Job Description
Location : Warwick (with collaboration across Warwick & Preston offices)Full-Time – PermanentDepartment : FinanceWho will you be working with?Working within the Finance team at our Preston office, our colleagues are split across our 2 offices Warwick & Preston you will be an integral member of the team, supporting Finance activities. The Finance team will be required to resource and support as the business undergoes its own transformation over the next 5 years.On a daily basis youll be responsible for:Analysis & Insight:?Provide analysis and deliver insights that link financial reports to business strategies.Financial Control: Initiate and implement effective commercial procedures and controls to ensure key operational, commercial, and financial targets are metFinancial Reporting:?Improve the impact and understanding of financial reporting on business performance.Strategic Support: Use commercial acumen to influence business stakeholders in strategic choices and evaluations to drive financial performanceRelationship Building:?Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with senior managers and their teamsFinancial planning, budgeting and forecasting:?Assist in the production of annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring they accurately reflect business strategy and requirementProcess Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and insights, financial controls and planning activitiesAbout you:We want to make sure youre set up for success in our mission. To be successful in your application youll need to;Education:Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) + PQEBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related fields.Experience:Experience in a business partnering roleDeep understanding of the interaction between Income statement, Balance Sheet and Cashflow.Excellent IT skills inc.
