About the Role
As a Digital Channel Manager, you will be responsible supporting the delivery and management of digital projects that enhance our customer experience. You will support the on-going optimisation of digital tools, web applications, and online platforms, ensuring they align with customer needs and business objectives. This role is critical in supporting our digital transformation efforts and driving engagement across our digital channels.
On a daily basis you’ll be responsible for, but not limited to :
- Identify, prioritise, and document enhancements to digital platforms, maintaining a structured backlog in line with the digital roadmap.
- Develop and monitor project plans, ensuring milestones are met within scope, time and budget.
- Oversee the UX and performance of our websites and other digital channels, ensuring they are user-friendly, engaging, and optimised for conversions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging, goals, and customer journeys across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to implement website enhancements and new features.
- Ensure digital platforms adhere to SEO best practices and accessibility standards.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on Google Analytics and other digital metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Track and evaluate the success of digital enhancements, ensuring measurable outcomes and continuous improvements.
- Identify potential risks or malfunctions and take proactive steps to address them.
- Work closely with internal teams, developers, agencies, and external partners to design and implement digital projects.
- Ensure seamless handover of digital tools to business users, providing clear documentation and training to support ongoing business-as-usual (BAU) operations.
- Maintain support documentation, including risk logs and requirement specifications, to ensure smooth project execution and governance.
- Act as a digital advocate within the business, identifying opportunities for digital innovation and recommending new initiatives.
About you:
We want to make sure you’re set up for success in our mission. To be successful in your application you’ll need to have experience;
• Proven experience in digital marketing, project management, or website management.
• Strong knowledge of UX principles, website development, and digital tools.
• Experience with Google Analytics, SEO, and digital performance tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise workflow, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation, and customer journey mapping.

Our package is made up of basic salary plus a variable incentive. We also offer 25 days holiday in addition to standard UK Bank holidays, income protection, a contributory pension, maternity, paternity sick pay schemes, staff discounts and more.
