With a long-standing reputation as one of Cornwall's finest hotels, my client combines timeless elegance with warm, personal service to create an unforgettable guest experience throughout the year. My client is now seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead our front-of-house dining operations and continue delivering the impeccable standards our guests expect.
The Role
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee all F&B operations across the hotel, ensuring seamless service, exceptional guest satisfaction, and strong team leadership. Working closely with senior management and kitchen teams, you will play a key role in maintaining the hotel's reputation for traditional hospitality and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the food and beverage team across restaurant, bar, and lounge operations
- Ensure consistently exceptional guest service in line with five-star standards
- Manage daily operations, staffing levels, rotas, and departmental performance
- Maintain high standards of presentation, service, and cleanliness throughout all F&B areas
- Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and senior management team
- Monitor stock control, ordering, and departmental costs
- Train and mentor team members to uphold the hotel's renowned hospitality standards
- Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively
