My client, a 2 AA Rosette Country Inn with Rooms near Salisbury, is currently recruiting for a new head chef.
The Inn has nearly 20 bedrooms and is very well regarded for the quality of its food in the restaurant and the warm hospitality in the pub.
They have their own farm and garden so the head chef must have excellent butchery skills and will be able to instruct the gardener to plant whatever they want.
The successful candidate ideally will come from a Rosette background in a similar operation and be a good communicator with a calm manner and be comfortable to train the junior chefs.
The salary for the Head Chef is up to £50,000 basic.
There is tronc and a bonus scheme on top taking the total package above £60,000 per annum.
Live in can also be provided if required.
